I don't know what the problem is, but I'm sorry you're not able to save your images properly.

I think you will be more likely to get help for your problem if you provide exact information about your image and your workflow.

For example:
Are you using Smart Photo Editor as a standalone program or are you using it as a plug-in in another program?
What type of image are you loading into Smart Photo Editor?
What edits have you made?
If you save the edited image back to your computer, what file format are you using?
What edits are not being saved?
