IMPROVING DPI

I have to improve the quality of one of my photographs up to 300dpi for a book cover. Is there some way of doing this on photo editor? In addition, I have to increase the size. Any way of doing this?

I'm afraid Photo Editor has no way of adding in details (which is what you need to improve the quality of a photograph by making it bigger). There are some specialist programs out there that do this though.
