installation problem as plugin

Just purchased and installed studio 64 bit version. It asked if I wanted a desktop icon. I said yes. Seems that is all I got. It did not "attach" to either Elements or Lightroom as plugin. Does it not do it automatically? Other products I have purchased (Topaz) automatically install as plugins. Thanks.

Thanks eadams for the response. I did contact support, and they gave me info. There is a plugin installer that came with it. It had not installed. I found it and installed it.
