I just downloaded the latest version of the software (V1.12.7). Acer Aspire with Celeron 1.6G processor with 8G of RAM and 500G HD. Software crashes all the time - especially when rendering. The image goes soft and that's what the computer saves. The images gets clear again after the render and attempted re-saves go through the same process. Blurry when rendering, saves the blurry image and gets clear again. BTW - rebooted after the install 2x.

I buy today the software and it's crashing specially while rendering, always, impossible to save the work. The trial crash sometimes with the lupe. I thought it was a problem with the trial but now with the full version it's worst... I work with Mac OS X 10.6.8 , 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon Processor. I hope to have a solution very soon. Thank you very much.

Hi cyxberiak,

Does the crash occur every time you try to save or does it only occur when using specific effects? Is the issue specific or persistent on every save regardless of Image or Effects.

EDIT: Could you also let us know if you are using any Anti-Virus/Malware software please?

I've verified that our support ticket system is working so if you could got to the Support Ticket System and open an issue with the specifics of your problem, I'll be glad to look further into it and resolve the problem. Please note that you have to create a separate login for the support system.

I am having the same problem. The Smart Photo Editor program crashes after sampling the 3rd effect on my photos. I have uninstalled the program, re-installed the program and updated the version to the latest and it still crashes and closes. I have only been able to save two photos since June 28th. I am running Windows 7 and Avast anti-virus.
