Re: Can't Save
everytime I attempt to save a picture in jpeg or session or just save, it goes to shortcut on my computer. The shortcut wont open anything for me to view, dont know what to do. I can only see the pic when I open the file in smart photo editor site but thats not doing any good if its not where I can post on facebook. How do I get into this thing saying shortcut? Normally it says jpeg image, no matter what I try to do, none of my pictures will not convert into a jpeg image. If it goes to a photosmart session, I still cant find it on my computer. HELP
Re: Can't Save
Hi,
It sounds like you are saving a session file. To save a jpeg file:
Go to File
Click on "Save As Jpeg/Tiff" (Save As Jpeg/Tiff/Png in the latest version)
Choose Jpeg
Choose a place to save your file like your desktop, where you can find it again.

Re: Can't Save
It still goes on my computer as a shortcut even if I save as a JPEG
Re: Can't Save
Are you sure you are looking at the right file? By default when saving, SPE ads an _pe to the file name.
