Lots of lag (SPE not responding)

I used the new version of SPE (1.19.18) alot this weekend and discovered alot of lag, not responding situations (does also displays it in the titlebar).
This happens with no specific order or situation, I know of the 'not responding' when using heavy effects, but now I do have them while for example going to 'about' in the menu, when I will open an session, switch an image and so on..
This is new to me, did not happen in 1.18, strange enough I can't find why, because it happens from time to time and I cant find an pattern or so.. But it happens a lot!

SPE comes back to life in 4-8 seconds, so I don't lose any work or need to restart, but its not comfortable.

Update:

As far as we can see there seems to be a delay caused by the ZRawLoader program, which is called when loading / saving / switching images and with the about box. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

Hi Tony/Gary,

I've installed a new virusscanner and the lag is totally gone! So I guess it was something on my side.
