Photo Editor and new laptop

Hi Guys...
I have been using Smart Photo Editor now for Three Years..... i went out and bought a new Laptop last week, and wondered how i go about using the Editor on my new one? and sending this from my old model, which will soon not be in use....will i lose Smart photo editor?

My E-Mail remains the same....can you advise please

Hi Wendy,

There is a License Manager, you can use it to reinstall SPE at anytime.

I installing on a new desktop and the token says activated and will not go further than that

If you've used up all your tokens, then you'll need to open a support ticket.

Hi....

I clicked onto License manager.... waited for the E-Mail, and it never came....checked junk mail and not there either, this was a week ago,
i need this installed on my new laptop asap,

My only other option would to buy Photoshop Elements 11, but i love Smart Photo Editor, its brilliant!!

I have now had another go, entering my E-Mail, as to my knowledge i have never been given a "Token" to enter??

A week! Don't wait that long on a email next time, something going wrong I guess
To have you up and running as fast as possible, I thought to let you know, they might ask you aswell to open a support ticket, I would do that if I was you

Arwin is right! Emails should come straight away. You might have registered with a different address. Whatever the case, do open a support ticket and our support team will try and help you.
