Re: save&close no longer under file menu?
Hi Redfordl2002,
As long as all is well with your installation, you should find the Save and Close command in the File menu when you start Smart Photo Editor in plug-in mode. First open your image in a host program, then open SPE from within the host program as a plug-in. Edit your image in SPE, then go to the File menu and select Save and Close. You will be returned to the host program and your image contains the changes made in SPE. If you want to save your image to your computer, you must do that in the host program.
If you open Smart Photo Editor in stand-alone mode, you will not find the Save and Close command under the File menu. Instead, you will find an option to save your image to your computer directly as a Jpg or Tif file.
I hope this helps.
Regards, Eve
