Now it's gone.

OK, I love it but I'm sick of fooling with it.
I bought it, paid for it, downloaded it, tried it a couple of times. The Effects died, couldn't get any of them (they were the ONLY reason I bought it.
I wrote (got a ticket) you answered and told me to remove any and all of the program and download again with a number. OK, I tried. NOW all I can download is the TRIAL version.
Money back??? I'd rather have the program, but even if I wanted money back, there is no place to find that option!
It hurts to smile.

I'm sorry you're having so much difficulty at the moment. We'll try and get you back and running as soon as we can. If you ever need to download the software again or find out your licenses, you can always go to:
http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/
That will give you links for where to download the latest version of the software, at any time. Let me know if you've got any more questions, but hopefully that will get you up and running again.
