Smart Photo Editor

I just installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 on my computer and can't get the Smart Photo Editor software to load into it. The new version of Elements is 64 bit.. does that make a difference or will there be a release coming that will work with 13 ? Any help would be appreciated ..

I've just tried loading the Smart Photo Editor plug-in into Elements 13 and it seems to be working fine.
Let me know if you're still having trouble installing.
