downloading pictures from google photos to smart photo edito

most of my pics are stored in google photos.Would like to know how to download a pic directly to smart photo editor

Smart Photo Editor doesn't directly interface with Google Photos. However you can download pictures from Google Photos to your hard disk by selecting them, then choosing download from the ... menu in the top right (or pressing Shift + D). Once you've downloaded them, you can open them in SPE by choosing File:Open then browsing to where you downloaded them to (usually your downloads folder).
