boughten presets, brushes, and actions

Is there a way that you can add presets, brushes and actions that have been bought on the web since Adobe REFUSES to fix issues in CC. I use Smart Photo Editor ALL the time and it would be freaking amazing if you could install other presets, brushes and actions.

I'm afraid not. Adobe Photoshop is propitiatory software, so simulating it would mean essentially re-writing the whole thing!
