Crashing/freezing.
I'm having a bout of crashing/freezing, unable to move on, or close down properly. Am obliged to 'force quit' the software to get anywhere.
In other circumstances I would download the software again, replacing what I was using with the latest version, but as I have no note of the activation code or details of purchase (with Portrait Pro) a couple of years (?) ago, I'm uncertain how best to proceed.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated, particularly as I have a work-in-progress that I need to finish for inclusion in some proposals.
Thanks.
Michael Young.

Hi,
You can always use the License Manager to download the latest version and view your tokens, if you still have the same email address. If not, open a support ticket and our support team can help.

Re: Crashing/freezing.
Thank you, Tony.
That sounds promising.
At present I'm being told that I'm running the latest version.

Thank you all.
Sorry, Catt, can't find the thread of our conversation.
Hope this message will be passed on to you.
After re-loading SmartPhotoEditor, it all appears to be running well.
Your collective help is much appreciated.
Have a good Xmas and very best wishes for 2015.
Michael.

Re: Crashing/freezing.
I have found that the program stops working quite often, which is very annoying. I am running this program on a 32bit windows 7
MSG :
"photo editor has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
windows will close the program and notify you if a solutions is available.
close program"

Re: Crashing/freezing.
Runs best with the 64 bit version on a 64 bit machine with at least 8gb RAM. No problems whatsoever with this setup.
