I have registered my email and am not getting a license to activate the program.. all i have is the trial version which i downloaded and decided to go ahead and buy. why am i not getting an answser from Support?

After buying you will get sent an email to the address you bought with. I can see the email address you've used for this forum hasn't been used to buy anything. Which email address did you use to buy the full version with? I'd first check in the spam filter for that address if you've not done so already.
