moving finished photo's

I'm pretty new to this site and feel I might prove to be very dumb, How do I move a finished photo to my photo albums elsewhere on my laptop,Help please.

Not sure I understand the question but ...
When you have finished editing a photo do the normal Save (Or Save As...) and select the folder where you want the finished photo (typically jpeg) to go.
Then use your normal method of incorporating the finished photo into your album.
As far as I am aware there is no inherent integration of SPE to any other imaging software (the exception being Photoshop if you have the right version of SPE).
I have a feeling I am not answering your question. If not can you rephrase the question?
