Can I blur backgrounds?

Hi
Can anyone tell me can you blur backgrounds with the software?
Have been trying to find a setting for this this but no joy.
Any help would be great.

Hi just cooking,
You should have a tutorial when you open the Application, however, if you're running the trial this may not be available. So here are some tips on how to Blur Backgrounds:
1. Load your image and click on Select Area.
2. Select Background.
3. Mark up the area you want blurred and confirm the selection.
4. You'll then be taken to the Gallery and on the first page of effects you should see the Blur effect, select it and Confirm.
This should blur the background as you wanted. Try experimenting with the different brushes to change the area around the non blurred subject.
