color differentiation

When using the program, I do my editing and save the newly edited photo to my computer. When I pull the picture up on my screen (runs through preview on a MAC) the color is different then what it is showing me on Smart Photo Editor. Any suggestions on how to fix this so that the color showing on SPE will be the same when saved and pulled up on my computer??
