Frames
Why is that when I select a frame, the result is only the upper left hand corner of the frame with my original? In other words, I do not get a complete frame. Thank you.
Re: Frames
Hi there,
This sounds very strange. Could you explain in more detail the steps you are taking so that I can try to reproduce the problem?
Many thanks,
:Darren.

Re: Frames
Thanks for your response.
My process:
I load my original photo into the editor.
I find a frame in the Effects Gallery I like.
The preview thumbnail shows my original photo with only the upper left hand corner of the frame.
I try to enlarge to image to see if the whole frame will appear. No.
However! Since you have responded, I have tried to use a frame to tell you more clearly my problem, and the frame effect is working just fine now!
So "thanks!"
Issue resolved!
