saved effects

when i first started using s.p.e., as long as i didn't click on add to shortlist when using a new effect, it wasn't added to my recent applied or shortened effects. now, it is automatically added whenever i use it. is there something i can do so that it is only used for the picture i am editing at the time?

Any effect you add should automatically be added to your recent effects. For a list that you curate yourself, use the separate favorites list. You can manage the favorites list by pressing the button in the favorites pop out menu.
