Horses near Crieff
This picture, taken on the slopes of "the Knock", on the grounds of my favourite hotel, looks south towards the town of Crieff in Perthshire.
I've been holidaying near here many times over the last 65 years. I have hundreds of photos taken around this area.
The apparently low hills in the far distance are the Ochil Hills and behind them far to the right is Stirling. Straight ahead in front of them is Gleneagles.

Re: Horses near Crieff
Well, here our paths have crossed again Angus. I know 'The Knock' well and have traversed this beautiful part of the country with my children when they were you. My eldest daughter, her husband and two children now reside in Crieff and in fact my wife and I were in this very part of the country on Monday. They live just a short way from Crieff Hydro Hotel.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
My sister has a big house a little west of Comrie. We often stay with her now, but I do miss my many stays at the Hydro.
