Where do I find my license token? I went to open SPE, and it says I need to enter the token to activiate the software.

Hi,

You would have been shown your token when you bought and it would have been emailed to you. You can also get it sent back to you at any time by using the license manager:

I got a new computer, and forgot my username and password, I have my ticket #, can someone please tell me how to get smart photo back.. thank you

Why do I have to type my 'activation code' virtually every once in a week when opening smart editor? I approached the support department several times about this issue but never go a response ....
