Gallery in Area Selection

Everytime I try to use Gallery in Area Selection, my pc stops responding. Is there a fix for this?

Apologies if I've screwed board protocol. This is a first time.
I am experiencing the same problem. Having selected an area the program crashes when the Gallery button is pressed.
Software up to date, machine healthy. No other software running and re-boot had no effect.
Task was also very simple involving 3 small areas.
