Crashing

Hi, ive bought this program, and think its great BUT....as i use Picasa 3 this wont function correctly whilst ive got smart photo editor,...although i can get picasa up ,thats all i can do, i cannot edit on there, unless i take smart photo editer off ?

So i need help please,...any ideas ?
