Crash, crash, crash!!!!.... Pls help!

Hi all
I bought both programs "Smart Photo Studio" and "Portrait Pro Studio"
I have a MacBook Pro with 16 GB ram.
The smart (smart?) Studio, crashes constantly! If I make a selection in sky or object it crashes and unfortunately I lose all the work!
If don't crashes, it saves and saves and saves... I go to dinner and it saves!!
Please I don't have enough time to lose the rest of my life!
Please help me!
