Can't Save
I'm saving as JPEG. After a few seconds a screen pops up but is blank. After 4 minutes a not responding message appears. I have to close down and try again

I wonder if it's because I'm using the free version?

There is no save functionality in the trial (free) version, however, we've never seen it crash when trying to save in the trial version, it should just pop up a message explaining it's a trial version. You can also tell if it's the trial version because there's a "Buy" button in a panel that is visible at all times. Are you using the trial version?

hi i cant save either was using ther select area and trying to replace background and ground it works ok , but then when i save photo to my comp theres no background that im choosing its just black and blank????? this has been working fine until today please help thanks

I've discovered it will save. It just takes 12-15 minutes.

Wow that is a long time! The tabs at the top show all the changes you've made to your image. Are there a lot of them?
