Trojan virus

My virus protection software found a Trojan in SPE. It removed the virus but now the software won't work. Not sure what to do next.

It sounds like your virus software either mistakenly found a virus in SPE or your computer was already infected by another piece of software which then infected SPE. Either way, you can download SPE again, by using the license manager:

I have the old ticket number....do I have to delete the version that keeps crashing?
