Motion blur

Hello
Is there any effect where motion blur is apparent, for example, a runner leaving behind him several faded images of himself as he runs?
I ask this because the motion blur effects are limited.

That's quite specific, but you could do it by using Overlays in the Compositing tool with varying opacity by repeatedly overlaying the runner, cutting them out and reducing the opacity.
