Different colors comparing to the original image...HELP

Is there a fix for this yet? Im facing the same issue of colors different from the original whenever I open the image in Smart Photo Editor in PS. I am using MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) with Sierra OS 10.12.6. Im unable to use the software after having bought it not a week ago!!!

I really need a solution to this please!

This is down to Apple removing the API function for returning the monitor color profile. Now the SmartPhotoEditor software assumes an sRGB monitor when the monitor profile cannot be found. We are looking for a solution to this problem caused by the Apple update.

Im sorry but that is not a very satisfactory answer, having paid for and bought this software...the least you expect is that it works in the way it was advertised else we have a problem! It is unusable in the current condition!

It wasn't exactly advertised that it was not going to work as it should on a Apple/Mac system was it? Someone really needs to get their act together.

We might have a solution to this now, it is going through our QA process and if it passes we will release an update to the site.

The issue I was facing ("Different colors comparing to the original image...HELP") stands resolved with the update.

Am able to now enjoy working with this software.

Thank you for the support...a little slow in coming but am sure lessons have been learnt there.
