Issue with EOS80d Raw File

Hey everyone
are any of you seeing this issue with raw files. This happens to me in SME Studio pro and also in Landscape pro. When I open a Raw file the entire image is covered in a pink mask, you cannot remove this and its there when you export, pretty much makes the software useless ???????

any ideas and help greatly apreciated

It won't help you with your problem, I know, but I don't have this issue when I load a Canon .cr2 file using Windows 10.

Hi Cam,

Could you open a support ticket and send them the file you're having problems with. We update our raw support for newer cameras every so often, so if that's a recent camera, we might not support it yet.
