how can I change the color of a subject.....example make one apple red while keeping the rest green

One way to do this:
1. Load your image
2. Click on Select Area tool in the toolbar on the right
3. Click on Subject and use the selection brush (it will appear on the left-hand side of the screen) to paint over the object you want to change (e.g. one of the green apples)
4. When your selection is perfect, click on Confirm Selection and Browse Effects
5. Select an effect from the Color category that will turn your apple red.
