Magnifier effect

It seems my magnifier effect disappeared after one usage. Does anyone know how I can retrieve it?

The magnifier effect was incorrectly authored to include a needless scaling of the image. This means small pictures become much bigger and large pictures become so big that they can't fit in memory. At that point photo editor refuses to apply the effect rather than become unstable. This means that it will only appear when your photo is smaller than a certain size.
