I can't Save a Work in Progress to Session or JPEG. It on;y

Very frustrated. Love the site and try and use it every day. I've perhaps inadvertently changed something that will, with few exceptions, only allow me to Save and Close a Work in Progress and will rarely give me the option to Save as a Session or JPEG. What did I do wrong? The program also often Crashes in the middle of a work, so I may be doing something to affect both. Help! Thanks!

You will only have the option to save as a session or save as a JPG if you are using the program as a standalone editor. If you are using SPE as a plugin, you can only save back to the host editor.

If you are using SPE as a standalone and still can't save a session or a JPG, there is definitely something wrong with your installation. You can try to re-install or submit a support ticket on the smartphotoeditor.com website.
