how can I change the color of the ribbon in the Red Lace Frame?

One way to do it:
1. Load your image
2. Apply the effect Red Lace Frame
3. Click on the thumbnail of the effect (at the top of the screen) with the right mouse button
4. Select Manual Edit
The Effect Editor will open, allowing you to edit the effect.
On the left hand side of your screen you will see all the nodes that are in the effect.
5. Drag a new node Hue Saturation Brightness to the position shown in the screenshot and connect this node with the Load Internet Image node and the Multiply Merge node as shown.
6. Double click the new node and move the Hue slider back and forth until you find the color you want.
If you scroll the screenshot all the way to the right, you will see that I changed the ribbon to green. You can continue to add effects from the Effects Gallery if you want.
