Thank you, SPE is a great programmeI love taking the time to playing around........however to date I have been unable to figure out how to make my own B/G or O/L..........

Hi William,

I make my backgrounds & overlays in other programs such as Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop Elements and Paint Programs...Save them for use in SPE. Another way is to take closeups of textures (for example wood, old paint, rust, spillages...and so on) and use these images as backgrounds or overlays. You can further process any of these images in SPE and save the results to use as backgrounds or overlays. Hope this helps!

There is a really good article link somewhere here on one of the message board that explains the process to what size to create overlays in other programs that can then be used in SPE. Maybe there will be posted a link to that article I think it is on one of the Help and Frequently asked board.
