Problems with photo transfer to computer when 'saving as'

I have begun having the problem of the absence of the brief pop up to the right of the screen when I save the completed photo to a folder on my computer. It has always notified me at the end of "rendering" as to completion. Also I'm not finding the photo in the chosen folder. Any help appreciated!!!

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by the pop up on the right of the screen when you save. Try just loading an example picture and saving that straight away to the desktop without doing anything to see if that works.
