How do I set the location for saved files?

How do I set the location for saved files?

I want to change the location of where my files are saved. There is no where I have found to do that. I have work that is now impossible to find.

Richard is right: When you press "Save As..." you get to pick the location where your files are saved. If you just press Save, you still get to pick the location if you haven't already done so.
