The Queens Colour Company and Drums of the 2nd Grenadier Guards 1895.

The colour borne in the sergeant's right hand is the Battalion Queen's Colour that in his left is the Battalion Regimental Colour. The Queen's colour is a crimson flag bearing the Battle Honours of the Regiment with the royal cypher, surmounted by the crown in the centre and a grenade below. Battle honours include "Lincelles", "Barossa," "Waterloo," "Inkerman," on one side and "Corunna," "Peninsular," "Alma," "Sebastopol," on the other
