I have now had this happen twice. I have a Windows Surface with Windows 10. Since I purchased the photo editor software, windows has sent through 2 updates. Each time I receive an update, Photo Editor asks for a functional token. I have tried reinstalling Smart Photo Editor, but to no avail it responds by saying this token is already in use! This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I sent several messages to support, with no response.

I had the same problem a few months back on an HP PC running Windows 10. Raised a support ticket and the problem was resolved. No idea what the cause was.
