my pic file wont upload

To see all of any picture simply click on it and it will expand. You can upload images using the upload images attachment tab underneath the Submit button when you are creating a post.

Can anyone tell me why my picture will not upload, even on facebook from my gallery...what size and what should the file say in order for me to upload

Are you trying to upload a picture that you have saved from SPE to facebook? When you save a jpeg from the File menu, if you choose a preset (in the "Export Settings" box) of 600 high, that should be small enough for facebook. If it still doesn't work, let me know what the error you are getting is and we can look into it further.
