Aspect ratio not carried over on upload

Aspect ratio not carried over on upload

Smart Photo Editor is changing my aspect ratio when importing from Photoshop. I am creating a 1x2 and it's looking like SPE likes 2x3...I'm a casual user, like the effects, but might be missing something?

Does it look stretched or cut off? It could be just that you are zoomed in.
