Can not find Transparent setting?

Can not find Transparent setting?

I have several of your programs love them all. Portrait allow transparent. But I am not seeing in Photo?
Maybe I just cant find it, but would think with the complex of the human face, that the Smart Photo would have it.
For what I do its a must have feature I just cant seem to find.

SPE does not support transparency.

It doesn't have a transparency setting, but it does support compositing, which allows you to erase part of one photo to see another one underneath.
