is there a way to just do normal image enhancement like Photoshop. thanks

This is a very vague question - you need to define what you mean by "normal image enhancement".
You can make basic adjustments to lights, shadows, exposure, etc, to enhance photos, so in that respect the answer is yes. But these are not programs with comparable feature sets. If you want the feature set of Photoshop, you should get a subscription to Photoshop, it is only around $10 per month (depending on the country you live in) and you get Lightroom as well.
