New Effect: Frivolous watercolour with ghosting

Samples: Batch processed using 'Frivolous watercolour with ghosting' by One-more-try (Me) in Smart Photo Editor - no individual adjustments were done. Note: This effect does not work with every image, but the samples should give you an idea of what might work. The next posting will show the same effect with a global adjustment made by using 'Image Treatment' sliders. Slightly different result.
