How do I add/save my own logo to a picture?

I have made my copyright logo with a paid app. I would like to add them to my pictures and have the logo saved to the program. Also when I do try to add the logo, it takes the entire screen. I did an no background logo and it comes out black. I would like to add them with the correct looking logo and size plus have it saved to my program. Is this possible?
