user name and password not recognized.

I have spe on my main computer. Trying to install on my laptop. The user name and password are returning an invalid error when i try this (although its working on the desktop.) I have the user name and user id (thats what it says) under the settings tab on the desktop in accounts. Do I just create a new account to use on the laptop. As it is I cannot sync the laptop and the desktop together, and am forced to use a guest account on the laptop. I tried anthropics support and was told that they "do not keep a log of user passwords", and they were absolutely no help at all.

Hi there

Sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience. Your SPE account is separate from any anthropics account you have. Don't worry about using the same SPE account on your laptop, just create a new one or log in as guest. The SPE account is really just for logging into this forum.
