How to Install the Plug In to Photoshop

How can I get the Smart Photo Editor to show up under Filters in PS. I have installed the program to my computer, closed PS, Updated PS and restarted and I still can not see it. Thank you for the help.

If you are using the new M1 or M2 Apple Chip Mac it no longer works as a plugin, there is no support nor has Smart Photo made any effort to make it work, you can only run it as stand alone. The link they send you will not work either because the link location does not exist under applications.
