I was bough a new computer and was transfer my account to my new com but why I don't have any effect in your softweare ?????? which is I just purshase from you only a few month!!! just used it a few month MMM can any one fix up this problem ?????

Try going to File > Update Galleries. Let me know if that doesn't work.
