not saving correctly
every time i go to save its coming up dark and crap.. please hewlp has never done this before

Hi jessbentley,
Could you please open a support ticket at this link and let us know exactly what's going wrong. One of our support staff will then take a look at the issue and help fix it.
You can also try updating your copy of Smart Photo Editor to the latest version by going to Help> Check for updates and then download and install the new version. This may resolve the issue you're experiencing.

I'm having the same issue, and I just bought the software. When I save to jpeg or tiff it saves a different version than the one in the big window. I've sent two support tickets, no response.
Any ideas?
