is there a way to add catch light to the eyes and clean up the whites of the eye?

If you have a picture you want to use as a catchlight:

Go into the composite tool (not available in all trial versions)
Add the catchlight overlay
Change the blend mode to Add
Change to Move Rotate and Scale in order to position the catchlight over the eye
Change back to Select Area and use the Erase brush to make the catchlight only appear over the eye
Adjust the opacity

Repeat for the other eye


To brighten eye whites:

Use the Area Treatment tool (not available in all trial versions), to select the whites of the eyes then adjust the brightness and color.
