Shutting Down
My Smart Photo Editor software keep shutting down. I then go back to autosave and when I either am scanning the editor gallery or I try to save a photo, it shuts down. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my software?

We're incredibly sorry that you're experiencing this problem. Could you please open a support ticket HERE with the details for the issue you're experiencing and our expert support team will look at the issue and get Smart Photo Editor working again with out issue.

I tried to get help with a support ticket, they gave me a solution to follow. I couldn't find half of the place on the solutions list. When I replied back the tell them, I was given instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall Editor. It did not help. I'm like to program but I am getting very frustrated.
